Anti-aging Peach Vanilla Smoothie

This yummy super food smoothie is satisfying, energy boosting and anti-aging!
With probiotics to support your good microbes, omega 3's to lower inflammation, high protein, nutrient-dense Spirulina, plus much more - this smoothie is a classic example of how food can be medicine.
Make it into a smoothie bowl (less water) and sprinkle with goji berries to take it to the next level!
1Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. If you don't have a high speed blender you might want to let some of the frozen fruit soften and thaw a bit before blending.
2 Cups frozen or fresh peach (peeled or peel on)
1/2 Teaspoon all-natural vanilla extract
1/2 Cup plain, organic, full fat yogurt
1 Tablespoon Cultured Coconut (my favourite probiotic, optional)
1 Tablespoon ground chia (optional)
