This has to be the simplest way to make Coconut Yogourt.
It will take only a few minutes to prepare and a little 'patience' (about 48 hours) while it ferments.
This recipe can be a little fickle - it may not get very thick, but either way it is delicious and super nutritious.
Directions
1Blend coconut milk with contents of probiotic capsules. Transfer to a 1 quart glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
2Store somewhere warmish - without a draft.
3After 48 hours CAREFULLY lift the jar, trying not to disturb the fermentation process. If there appears to be liquid at the bottom or the top, leave the yogourt to ferment for another 12 – 24 hours. Again, do not stir or shake!
4Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
