Super easy and nutritious way to use the strawberries this season!
Directions
1Chop strawberries into small pieces and place in a medium sized bowl
2Add lemon juice
3Add honey if using (you won’t need it if your strawberries are super sweet)
4Add chia seeds and stir well, until strawberries start to breakdown a bit and become juicy
5Gently spoon the mixture into an 8 oz mason jar or 2, refrigerate for 2 hours.
