Bring these along to a BBQ and wow your friends and family with this healthy and delicious take on an ol' favourite!
1Add eggs to pot of room temperature water, bring water to a boil and cook until hard boiled
2Rinse eggs under cold water and remove shell
3Slice eggs lengthwise and remove yolks
4Add egg yolks, avocado, mustard, sauerkraut, (if using), chives, and dill into a bowl and mix until well-combined.
5Add dash of salt and pepper to taste.
6Scoop into cooked egg whites. Cover and refrigerate
6 Pasture-raised eggs
1 ripe avocado
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon finely chopped naturally fermented sauerkraut (no vinegar) - optional
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
Dash of good quality salt and freshly ground pepper.
