1Start by placing parmesan cheese (if not already grated) and garlic into a blender and blend into small bits
2Add the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the oil to the blender and blend for one minute on high
3If possible, remove the lid off the blender, turn blender on low and slowly drizzle oil
4At this point, you can use the salad dressing or store in a glass jar with a lid in the fridge for up to 3 days.
6Preheat oven to 375 degrees
7Toss bread in olive oil to coat
8Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, tossing occasionally
