Chocolate Protein Bars (Sugar Free)

These are a great pick me up during a cleanse. The raw chocolate contains mood enhancing anandamide also known as the bliss chemical. NOTE: Taste the batter - if it's too bitter for you, add a little raw honey or all-natural maple syrup.
1Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and stir until mixed. The dough should be pretty dense.
3Pick up about a ¼ cup of dough in your hand and shape into a bar or in a square.
4Place the bar on the prepared cookie sheet and repeat with remaining dough.
5Bake for 10-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
6Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
