Kimchi Ramen Soup

Makes 2 meal-sized bowls of soup.

Super quick, delicious and nutritious!

This versatile recipe can be made with any leftover veggies you have in the fridge.

Chicken Soup

Serves 4

With well-sourced chicken, veggies and herbs this simple soup recipe will give your immune system a boost.

Add some cooked pasta if you like - the kids will love that.

Do not freeze soup with pasta in it.

Bone Broth

TIPS:

Bone broth can be frozen and used later instead of water to make grains, soups and stews. Keeps in the freezer for up to 6 months.

I like to cook the broth all day for one day then place in a cool spot (garage/bucket of ice/refrigerator) over night then cook it for another day.

Homemade Coconut Yogourt

This has to be the simplest way to make Coconut Yogourt.

It will take only a few minutes to prepare and a little 'patience' (about 48 hours) while it ferments.

This recipe can be a little fickle - it may not get very thick, but either way it is delicious and super nutritious.

Healing Miso Soup
