1Mix all ingredients in a jar and give a good shake - The dressing can be made up to 2 days beforehand
2Place all the prepared vegetables and the apple in a large mixing bowl and mix by hand
3One to two hours before serving, add the dressing and mix well.
4Serve attractively with sprinkled pecans on top
SALAD INGREDIENTS
1 very small or 1⁄2 large red cabbage
2 green apples, cored and thinly sliced
2 carrots, peeled and chopped into matchstick pieces
1/2 small red onion peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of sauerkraut (naturally fermented without vinegar)
Pecans for garnish
SALAD DRESSING INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon maple syrup
3 tablespoon olive oil OR, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 tablespoons walnut oil
2 tablespoons sauerkraut juice (naturally fermented without vinegar)
