Chocolate Chia Coconut Water

This delicious little drink is packed with nutritional benefits:
1. Chia seeds contain protein and are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids to help reduce inflammation
2. The coconut water contains many vitamins and minerals
3. Raw cacao is a super food with over 300 antioxidants

Directions

1Mix all ingredients together

2Let sit for at least 20 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator

Ingredients

520 ml/17 ounce good quality coconut water (I like Blue Monkey)

1 teaspoon raw cacao

1 tablespoon chia seeds
