Asian BBQ Chicken

1Cut chicken breasts into 3 so they are the same size as chicken thighs
2Wash, pat dry and place chicken in a large zip lock bag
3Pour marinade over top – make sure all chicken is well coated
4Place in the fridge for up to 24 hours
5Heat grill to high temperature. Grease the grill (lightly dip some paper towel in coconut or vegetable oil; then using tongs carefully rub over the grates until well-coated).
6Place the chicken on the grill; cover and cook 3 – 5 minutes on each side, or until nicely brown.
7Turn heat to very low (or turn off BBQ if it’s very hot) and continue cooking chicken until done – about another 5 – 10 minutes.
