1Put all ingredients in a small saucepan and mix until well-combined
2Heat over low heat
3Add a few drops of water, until it reaches a 'ketchup' consistency
4Store in a jar for a week or so
1 x 7 ounce can of tomato paste
2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup (all natural)
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Water, as needed
