1Makes 2 Large Smoothies
2Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend.

2 cups frozen berries
small handful of walnuts, almonds, or cashews
1 small banana
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon hydrolyzed gelatin (optional)
2 teaspoons Spirulina (if you're new to Spirulina, start with a tiny bit- 1/2 teaspoon and slowly build)
