1Preheat oven to 350F
2Mix all wet ingredients until smooth
3Mix together dry ingredients separately
4Combine wet and dry ingredients.
5Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet
6Bake for 9 – 11 minutes
7Cool on rack.
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup butter
1 cup coconut sugar
1 egg (lightly beaten)
2 tsp vanilla
½ cup coconut flakes
1 ½ cup spelt flour
2 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 cup oatmeal
2 teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon baking soda (aluminum free)
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
