1Place all ingredients (except 1/4 cup coconut) in a food processor or blender, starting with dry ingredients.
2Mix until well blended.
3Roll into balls
4Coat with shredded coconut and freeze.
5Freeze on cookie sheet to avoid them sticking together. After frozen, store in a airtight container in freezer.
6Remove from freezer 15 – 30 minutes before eating.
7Makes 30 big / 40 small
2 tbsp ground flax seed
¾ cup almond meal or 1 cup soaked almonds
1 cup cacao powder
1 1/4 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp coconut oil
6 dates, soaked, pitted
2 tbsp raw honey
