These sugar free little guys are full of good fats and antioxidants. Macadamia nuts are very low in phytic acids and lectins.
1Melt cacao butter in double boiler
2Add cacao powder and mix until smooth, stir in vanilla
3Drop a couple of macadamia nuts into sturdy paper candy cups (as seen in picture)
4Carefully pour chocolate mixture in little paper cups
5Store in refrigerator - ready to eat in about 1/2 hour or so until hardened - keep refrigerated
1 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1 cup Cacao Butter
2 gram of stevia
48 macadamia nuts
1 teaspoon all natural vanilla
