First off... Seasonal Cleanses are the foundation to my health!

I came to be a nutritionist as a result of my own lived experience.

About 15 years ago I was seeing 7 different doctors (MD's and ND's), taking multiple medications and buckets of supplements - but no one had the answer to why I felt so unwell all.of.the.time.... I was desperate... Anxious, depressed and exhausted... Then, on intuition, I decided to make some significant changes on how and what I was eating. (Lucky for me it worked as I didn't have any guidance to follow.)

This sent me on a journey of learning…

    It can also be a great opportunity to learn about and try other gentle and natural self-care techniques that support your body’s built-in detoxification systems.

  • q-iconWhat if I have a diagnosis or are taking medication?

    The food portion of the Cleanse is suitable for someone who is taking most medications.

    Make sure to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before taking supplements while on any medications.

    NOTE:  This cleanse is NOT SUITABLE for someone who has high histamine.  Contact me for more information if you are unsure.

  • q-iconDo I have to take supplements?

    No, supplements are not a requirement for this Cleanse.  In fact, it’s a whole food cleanse – supplements are extra.  You may, if you wish, purchase supplements, have them delivered to your door and you will receive the 15% discount offered to all of my clients.

  • q-iconWhy is it only 10 Days?

    Because 10 days is manageable – of course you can extend that if you want to.  The goal is to do this multiple times a year.  Gradually, you’ll see a shift in how and what you’re eating on a day-to-day basis – but most importantly, you’ll gradually see a positive shift in how you feel….

    No, this is NOT an E-course. This is a health program that you can adjust to your specific health needs. With a variety of recipes to choose from, a meal planning guide and unlimited email support – you’ll soon know how to develop a simple, individualized plan that you can use multiple times a year.

    Yes, you can register now and follow through with the program when you are ready.  You will receive all of the content including: recipes, meal plans, videos and emails.  BUT – the email support ends on May 24th, so you’ll want to make sure you can get through the 10 day cleanse by then…  If not, you might want to wait til Fall when it’s offered again…  🙁
