These are a great pick me up during a cleanse. The raw chocolate contains mood enhancing anandamide also known as the bliss chemical.
1Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and stir until mixed. The dough should be pretty dense.
3Pick up about a ¼ cup of dough in your hand and shape into a bar or in a square.
4Place the bar on the prepared cookie sheet and repeat with remaining dough.
5Bake for 10-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
6Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
½ cup almond butter
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
2 tablespoons collagen peptides (or protein powder)
¼ cup hemp seeds
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (not cocoa)
1 tablespoon ground chia seed
1/2 teaspoon white stevia powder
